The two-story building has been skillfully restored in a way that conserves its original architectural features (decorated ceilings, cotto floors) and has been divided into comfortable apartments, including one that is outfitted for the disabled.
The apartments offer all possible conveniences: rooms with double and single beds, fully equipped kitchenettes, living rooms with sofas, bathrooms with shower, satellite TV, internet connections, safes and independent heating.
Guests can enjoy the villa's large Romantic style garden with its lights, paths with benches and, of course, garden forniture. The arbor is a delightful place to sit and enjoy the view; there is also a grille for relaxing outdoor meals.
The pool (15x7 m) is just 50 meters from the villa in a quiet, secluded position for privacy, and of course, another beautiful view. There are poolside changing rooms and baths.
