The tourist tax, to be paid locally, amounts to € 2 / day for the first three nights and is not charged for children under 12 years.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the Resort and overlooking the park, is composed of:

- Sleeps 5 + 1
- 1 Double bedroom
- 1 Room with 3 single beds, two of which can be joined to get a double bed
- 1 single room
- 2 bathrooms with shower
The setting is typical of the villa’s historical period.
In addition to the common services (park, swimming pool, laundry, meeting room, wellness area), are included in the price:
- Equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, pots etc.)
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Espresso coffee machine and American coffee shop
- Linen set (sheets, towels)
- Hairdryer
- Small safe
- Satellite TV
- Internet
- Small pets allowed
Are excluded from the price: daily cleaning service, phone calls to the outside, fax.
