What more can I say? I can only agree with the previous speakers.
We were in August 2017 a week at Villa Sensano in the apartment Rosa Blu. It is generously furnished, has everything you need (dishwasher, microwave with grill, pots, etc.). It was very clean! When booking we indicated that we bring our two dogs. Federica advised us to take the apartment on the ground floor, as the back entrance leads into a small garden. That was perfect! The first three days we had booked a breakfast. That was very lovingly prepared and the table was directly from the floor-to-ceiling door with a fabulous view. The service was always great and very professional. The pool is very well maintained and big enough. There was never too much going on.
As a starting point for sightseeing and even a trip to the sea it is perfect! If Tuscany: return to the Villa Sensano.
Next door is still a good osteria, where you (except Tuesdays) always great food
