A great find. Federica is a smart businesswoman and accommodating hostess, together with the assistance of her sister. They take great pride in this wonderful property, and Federica speaks English very well. The apartments are spacious and well outfitted. The location is remote and hard to fund, but it is beautiful and very quiet. There is a good restaurant next door and a couple of others @ 5-6 km away. Approximately 15 km to Volterra and 12 to San Gimingiano. The large property has fig, olive and pomegranate trees, a sort of spa and a haven from the hustle and bustle of San Gimingiano. just remember, this is a villa, not a hotel, so don’t expect room service,
